Meet the Team

Perkasie's Hometown Team for Borough Council is a group of six candidates committed to supporting the values that reflect our community and fairly representing all residents and taxpayers. We are running on the GOP ticket in the November election.

SCOTT BOMBOY

Council - Ward 3

Scott Bomboy (Ward 3) has served on Perkasie Borough Council for more than eight years and he chairs its Historical and Finance committees. Scott also has written two books about Perkasie’s history. He serves on three other volunteer boards: the Bucks County Covered Bridge Society, the Perkasie Park Historical Foundation, and the Executive Committee of the Upper Bucks Conference of Lutheran Churches.

RANDY FAULKNER

Council - Ward 3

Randy Faulkner (Ward 3) has been on Perkasie Borough Council for nearly eight years, and he currently chairs the Borough’s Public Safety committee. Randy also serves on the Pennridge Wastewater Treatment Authority. His extensive experience in financial management as a local financial executive has benefited Perkasie taxpayers many times during his time on council.

DAVE WORTHINGTON

Council - Ward 1

Dave Worthington (Ward 1) has served on Perkasie Borough Council for the past four years and he currently chairs the Borough’s Parks and Recreation committee. In that role, Dave was instrumental in obtaining Perkasie’s amphitheater and in the rehabilitation of the Skate Park. Dave’s family has long roots in the community, and he is a long-time member of Perkasie Fire Company No. 1

CSABA LORINCZY

Council - Ward 1

Csaba Lorinczy (Ward 1) is an information technology professional who has worked around the world managing and developing computer systems in the health care field. Csaba played a role in the development of Google’s Gmail product, and in building the financial software systems used by the state of Pennsylvania. Those skills are needed now more than ever in local government.

JOEL NIETO

Council - Ward 2

Joel Nieto (Ward 2) currently serves on Perkasie Borough’s Parks and Recreation committee. Joel was instrumental in the rehabilitation of the Lenape Park skatepark, after he spoke at a public meeting and alerted Borough Council to a need to update the skatepark. Joel then worked with Dave Worthington and Mayor Hollenbach on raising funds to update the skatepark.

DALE M. SCHLEGEL, Jr.

Council - Ward 3

Dale Schlegel (Ward 3) currently serves as secretary of the Perkasie Borough Planning Commission. Dale is a local small-business owner who helps individuals and businesses find the most comprehensive and affordable insurance coverage for their property and casualty exposures. Dale also a leader of the Pennridge Business Network, a group that brings together businesses in the Pennridge area.
