Experience:

Dave is completing his first 4-year term representing Ward 1, serving multiple years as Chairman of Parks & Recreation Committee.

Dave is a member of numerous volunteer organizations and committees predominantly in Emergency Services sector, having spent fifteen (15) years as Perkasie's Fire Chief.

Also, Dave submitted the winning application in a contest that gave Perkasie Borough a free amphitheater for Lenape Park.

Most Important Issues

Updating the Borough’s 2014 Comprehensive Plan which serves as a guide for officials, residents and business owners. Initial steps have started with the appointment of an Economic Development Steering Committee consisting of business owners and residents to aid in planning a community vision for the future.

Finishing of Phase 2 of the Kulp Park Rehabilitation project upgrading the 2nd Street ball field. Improvements are being made at no additional cost to Borough residents through the successful award of three (3) individual State Grants totally nearly $1M. Upon project completion, I look forward to helping secure funding for Phase 3 centered around improving the basketball courts area. Kulp Park is becoming the hub for outdoor recreational activities.

Maintaining the traditional municipal services residents expect in a fiscally prudent approach. To analyze areas for cost savings through efficiency investments and future planning.

Why I Am Running for Office

“I want to continue my involvement with Perkasie Borough Council with pride in our approach to creating business economic opportunities and leisure events and activities year-round, while being fiscally accountable.

Graduate of Pennridge School District and Upper Bucks Technical School
